Many of the items featured on the blog are from my personal collection, but I do accept products to consider for review. All gifted items will be disclosed as such. Acceptance of a product for consideration does not guarantee a review. No one is well served by a review that’s less than completely honest – me, the brand and especially not my readers – so the fact that a product is offered for consideration will not influence the content of the review. Content of the review is not pre-approved by the brand or PR representative.

Affiliate Links

To Give And Get Reviews uses affiliate links seen under the Affiliates Page, the side bar, and in some fully disclosed posts. Affiliate links generate a small commission for me only if you click them and make a purchase, but don’t add any cost to you.

Editorial Content & Sponsored Posts

Editorial content is written by me, and is based on my personal opinions, experiences and results. Occasionally I accept sponsored posts from brands, public relations firms or retailers that I believe are valuable to my readers, and receive compensation for these posts. Any content in sponsored posts is my own opinion, and not necessarily that of the sponsor. I do not accept sponsorships that require approval of content before publication, and no content is edited by any brand, retailer or PR firm. I also do not accept sponsorships for any product/service that I would not use myself, nor do I accept financial compensation in exchange for product reviews. Unless otherwise noted, editorial content is not sponsored or compensated.

Content Use

To Give And Get Reviews retains full copyright to all original material on the site and related social media sites. Use of material, either in full, part, or derivative form, without express permission is prohibited.  All material, whether found directly on the site, taken from an RSS feed, or search engine is licensed for personal use only. Republication without express permission may result in billing for use of the material, formal notification of the violation to hosts and advertisers under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and other legal action as deemed necessary.

Comments

Comments are moderated to help avoid spam, provide a valuable method of discussion and allow readers to share their views and feedback. Spam includes comments that are intended primarily to promote another website.  Threatening or abusive language, hate speech and personal attacks will not be tolerated.

No Warranty of Products

On this blog I share my personal experiences and opinions regarding products. Beauty and health products provide a unique experience for each person and no warranty or guarantee is implied.

Privacy

Personal information will never be shared or sold, and no personal information will be disclosed without the individual’s consent except where required by law.

For giveaways, the email address of the winner will be used to contact them; mailing information will be used only for shipment of the prize. For sponsored giveaways, it may be necessary to share the mailing address with the sponsoring brand in order to ship the prize; if this is the case, the winner will be notified before such information is shared and given the option to decline the prize.

When commenting, any personal information submitted or disclosed by the user becomes public information, and therefore outside the scope of the privacy policy.
