Walmart Baby Welcome Box

The first time I ordered one of these was back in November 2015. It was a month before Lilly was born. This is a the most recent one they sent me and while I like all the products they sent I am kind of pissed off that they are more for newborns.

When you pay $5 to get a Walmart Baby Box they are suppose to send you one for a newborn, than an infant one, and then a toddler one.

I already got the newborn one. That actually took about 4 months to get and she was already to big for some of the stuff they sent. I still used all the bath and body stuff though. This time I was expecting them to deliver on time since they had enough heads up. I was sad to find out I got another Newborn box when she literally just turned one a few days ago!

Yes, for $5 they send you some nice samples and coupons but I would rather go to Target or Babies R Us and get their free baby registry packs then pay $5 for the small amount they give you in this. Even Amazon's Baby Registry Welcome Box you pay $10 for is WAY better than this!!!

For as much money Walmart makes and you having to actually pay money for this you would think you would get some good stuff. Especially when your competitors are offering the same thing for FREE and with a ton more stuff including full sized products!

Epic fail Walmart!

Upopby Padded Bikini Set

This is what it was suppose to look like...

And this is what it actually looked like...

I wanted to love this swimsuit so bad but I advise every one to take your exact measurements and check the size chart that is listed and not just wing it and assume it's going to fit because it's the size you always get.

I am small chested (B cup) but have curvy hips and a butt. The top was way to big and saggy in the front as you can see but inch wise it fit perfectly around my body. The bottoms were way too small. So small I didn't want to take a pic of them. They fit well in the front but when I turned around a whole lot of cheek was hanging out.

Otherwise the material is good and it also comes with padding that can be removed in the top which is always a plus for a small chested person like me.

By the way I got a large and normally wear a size 10 in jeans or large in yoga pants!

A Horrible Razor Experience

UGH, MY NIGHTMARE

So I finally decided not to be a broke bitch and actually buy a pricier razor than my Schick Disposables. It's one of those purchases you always put off because you're afraid of the unknown aka wasting your money. Well, needless to say, my worst leg shaving fears came true. My experience was so horrible I actually felt the need to blog about a damn razor!

Meet Schick Hydro Silk

Schick Hydro Silk

He's a tricky little fellow. You see, I chose to buy him because he was the more expensive version of what I currently use. My cheap Schick razors actually work pretty well but have a couple tiny flaws that I thought their big brother would probably fix.

I get him in the shower and apply my shaving cream as usual. I begin to shave with him and the first thing I noticed was the only positive thing I can say about this damn thing. He felt so buttery smooth against my leg as I shaved. Yes buttery was the exact word that came to my mind in that moment. I seriously considered I didn't need shaving cream to use this thing.

Then I rinsed my leg off...

It burned REALLY EFFIN BAD!

Now I wanted a razor that shaved close to the skin but not one that shaved so close that my shins and knees felt like they were on fire! Before you all judge me, I did exfoliate my legs the day before with a coconut scrub and I use lotion everyday!

But wait, there's more...

I decided to continue to my other areas just out of curiosity and because I done threw my old razor away. Let me just tell you, the thing was not made to shave in the downstairs area. The head of the razor was way to big to shave down there and had me in fear I was going to cut myself. Needless to say, I finished that routine half assed.

The last attempt to do this razor any justice was my arm pits. This is probably the thickest hair on my body and usually the most stubborn to completely remove. I said to myself, "Well this razor has like 6 blades on it, so it's got to be the best razor I will ever use to remove my thick dark under arm stubble."

WRONG

It didn't do any better than a razor with 3 or 4 blades. Like c'mon, are you for real? I thought that is why there were more blades. I thought this is what I was spending my hard earned dollars on. I couldn't even tell my boyfriend because I didn't want to hear I told you so!
Lesson of the story, don't bitch about having to buy the cheap-o's.

P.S. Baby you were right ;)

Ecvtop 120 Neutral and Warm Color Eye Shadow Palette

This eye shadow palette costs $18.99 and I was very pissed that it was a waste of money.

The colors in the palette are very beautiful and I was so excited to have so many neutral warm colors to use in one kit. I like to keep my makeup natural and anything to save space in my home, when it comes to make up, is wonderful.

I was so disappointed when this arrived because A LOT of them were broken inside even though the delivery box was not damaged and the palette was protected by another box and bubble wrap.
This leads me to believe it was probably broken before it left the warehouse.

I returned it and got my money back with no hassles.
I didn't even bother to unwrap the plastic wrap to try the actual product because I didn't want it to spill everywhere or risk being accused of possibly doing this myself and not getting a refund.

Will not be purchasing any more makeup products from this company. This product would have for sure been worth the money if it would have arrived in perfect condition and I probably would be raving about it right now!

IPhone 6/6s Ribbon Butterfly Bow Phone Case

(I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. All opinions are of my own.)

When I first got the case I was kind of upset because it came in a janky looking package and the actual case had what appeared to be hot glue in globs all over it. I was able to successfully remove the glue globs with my nails and cleaned it with some glass cleaner and it looked good as new. Putting it on my phone was easy but you have to be careful because the case feels really fragile and I was scared it might crack but once on it fits my iPhone 6 pretty snug! The case looks super cute on my phone and I have not taking it off yet. I do wish the bow was a tad bit lower so you can see more of the Apple symbol. I am afraid if I set my phone down wrong though the bow might pop off so I have been very careful. With that being said this is NOT a protector case it is more of a decorative case!

***UPDATE***
The bow ended up falling off after about 2 months :( My star rating has been downgraded.

NeuroEnhance Brain Booster Supplement

(Disclaimer: I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. All opinions are of my own.)

I was so excited to try this product because I have suffered from foggy brain and fatigue for a year now.
THIS DID NOT WORK AT ALL!
I did not feel any focus or extra energy. Actually it made me extra tired and want to sleep but made it difficult to fall into a deep sleep! I have suffered with ADHD my whole life and some ADHD medications have the sleepy effect on me as well instead of getting me focused but some work so maybe this is just something that doesn't work with my brain chemistry!

o.b. Pro Comfort Tampons

(Disclaimer: I recieved this product as a sample. All opinions are honest, unbiased, and of my own.)

I think the o.b. tampons are an awesome concept for a more personal and convenient tampon. I love how small and discrete they are and how absorbent they are. With that being said, I do not know how I feel about them not having an applicator because it's kind of awkward at first trying to put them in since I am use to an applicator. Also they can be a little messy when trying to put one in if you have a heavy flow which kind of grosses me out! I also noticed that some of them have the cotton a little lose around the string which makes me nervous about TSS! For that reason I would not use them all of the time but maybe just on the go when I had to change my tampon and I am not at home to use something else!
